Q: Your Rental Options are DIY, what does that mean? 

A: DIY is an affordable party options for people who want to save on expensive set up and delivery costs. Most rentals occur over the weekend with the renter picking up the equiptment on Friday and dropping it back off no later than noon on Monday.By doing this, you are cutting out one of the largest costs in the party rental industry. Our rentals are fully customizable, delivery is available at an additional fee, fill out the booking form for a quote. 

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes all orders require a Credit Card security deposit. Security deposit must be paid to reserve the date of your rental. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 21 days prior to your rental date. The deposit is 50% refundable if you cancel 15-20 days before your event. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your rental, you will be given a rain check that is good for 6 months.

Q: When do you typically schedule pickup and drop offs?

A: Most rentals cover the entire weekend, pickup is usually on Fridays and the items need to be returned no later than noon Monday. Feel free to use the items all weekend long. Pickup and drop off location is in 76179 off Bailey Boswell. Exact times and location will be discussed once rental fees are paid in full. Our rentals are fully customizable, please let us know your needs on the booking form.

Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?

A: No, the price is for the equiptment rental only. We offer delivery for a fee, we do not offer setup.
